Cancellation Policy ( Standard Policy):Charges

An advance payment of 50% of the value of booking must be made at the time of booking to reserve your room.

A confirmation voucher would only be released post 100% payment is received.

100% payments should be made 4 days prior to check-in, failing which booking/s will stand cancelled without any prior notice.

No show(s) will be subject to 100% retention charge.

Amendments and changes to booking will be subject to rate policies or Terms & Conditions mentioned on confirmation voucher/email.
