Refund will be done with 30 days of written refund approval by hotel management after compliance check with booking guidelines & applicable cancellation policy as per season/booking period. Refund shall be as per the booking policy per the booking enquiry mails for reservations to which the payments are effected .
It will be done through booking source only. This means that if booking is made through travel agent /OTA, refund will be through travel agent only. If booking is done on hotel website, refund will be made through same mode as booking payment. eg if you booked through a credit card, refund will be made to the credit card only.
